Adults are person or animal who has attained complete growth.The biological meaning of the word means animals that have reached sexual maturity, which makes it capable of reproduction. The term adult is used in the context of human beings to refer to the legal and social aspects. As opposed to someone who is not considered to be an adult or "minor", the legal adult has reached majority which makes them independent, capable, and responsible. Also, they can be described as"major" or "major". The age of 18 is the standard legally-adulted age at which you can become an adult however, this can be different depending on your country and status in law, and also the maturity of the mind.

The lifespan of an individual Adulthood refers to the time at which he or she is at the point of complete intellectual and physical maturation. Adulthood, as it is commonly understood, starts around the age of either 20 or 21. After middle age (starting about 40 years old) is the time to reach old age (around the age of 60). The three major stages of adulthood are the early years (from mid-30s to late-60s) and middle adulthood, from the mid-30s through late-60s, and finally adulthood, (mid-60s up to end of life). At the point we are in the age of early adulthood (20 to mid-40s), our physical maturation is completed, though our height and weight might increase slightly. As we enter our early twenties, our physical abilities reach their maximum. They include strength of muscles and reaction time.
